Delivery options - after production
Below are the delivery turnaround options detailed for your understanding. While Same Day Tees ensures timely dispatch, the delivery phase is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. The standard times post-dispatch are as follows:
Pickup: Collect your order between 9am-4pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays) from 37 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall VIC 3023.
Same Day Courier: This service is exclusive to Melbourne Metro areas, with an approximate 4-hour delivery window post-dispatch (times may vary and are not within our control). Orders dispatched post 1pm may be delivered after hours. Pricing for Same Day Courier varies by location, with Melbourne CBD delivery at $25. For other areas, additional charges may apply. Our team will reach out via the provided contact number to confirm the pricing and finalize the payment before processing your order. If you are unavailable, please call us at 03 8361 3655 between 8:30am and 4pm to finalize the payment and avoid any delays.
Next Business Day Courier: Delivery typically occurs between 9am and 5pm on the next business day in metro areas of Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, and Hobart. Delivery times may vary for other areas.
Standard Delivery: takes place between 9am and 5pm, within a span of 3-7 business days.
Authority to Leave (ATL) Request:
We prioritise the security of your orders; hence, we do not opt for 'Authority to Leave' without your express written request. Whether or not you choose to have 'Authority to Leave', please note that the final decision rests with the courier based on the safety assessment at the delivery point. We have no control over the courier's discretion in this regard.
Unattended Delivery Attempts:
Should the delivery attempt be unsuccessful due to unavailability at the premises, the courier may hold the parcel or require redelivery. Please be informed that additional delivery costs will be incurred for holding or redelivering the parcel, and will be charged to you accordingly.
